For cheap monthly pricing, start with Mullvad VPN, Windscribe VPN and VPN Unlimited. While it used to have comparatively solid monthly pricing, the US$11.99 asking price puts IPVanish outside the top five of the 17 VPNs I’ve reviewed. IPVanish isn’t really a VPN to look at if you’re interested in competitive pricing.
